Candle Care + FAQs
What is the return policy?

Why are some fragrances listed as "natural" while others aren’t?
Fragrances listed as natural are only made with natural isolates, which are extracted from essential oils, as well as other plant and flower materials. Fragrances without the word natural can be made with natural isolates, as well as synthetic ingredients. All of our fragrance oils are phthalate free, cruelty free, and carcinogen free, meaning they do not contain any ingredients on the California Prop 65 list.
How long does a candle usually burn?
Typical burn time is between 60-65 hours, but can vary based on several factors, such as length of each burn, length of time between burns, etc.
How long can I expect wax melts to last?
Wax melt cubes will last approximately 8-12 hours before needing to be changed.
How big of a room will reed diffusers cover?
Reed diffusers will easily fill most small to medium rooms with fragrance. They are a great choice for bedrooms, offices, powder rooms, or any other rooms you would like a long lasting scent. For larger rooms or open concept living spaces, you may consider more than one reed diffuser placed throughout the area. To maintain a steady release of fragrance over time, we recommend turning one reed per day. For a burst of scent, flip all of the reeds at one time.
How long will a car freshener last?
On average, each car freshener lasts about three months when refreshing the scent twice per week. Keep in mind that during hot summer months, car fresheners will evaporate much more quickly than cooler winter months. Those who prefer a stronger scent can choose to refresh more often, as flooding the wooden diffuser with too much liquid will not increase the strength of the scent, but will increase the risk of a spill.
